Q: What is our office number?

A: You can reach the office by calling 501-372-2800. Dial 0 for the front desk.

Q: What are our hours for receiving?

A: Golden Eagle is open for receiving from 6:00AM until 2:00PM, Monday through Saturday (excluding major holidays). Appointments are not needed as we receive trucks on a first come first serve basis.

Q: What are our hours for deliveries?

 A: Golden Eagle makes deliveries from 5:30AM until the end of the day, Monday through Friday (except on major holidays). All deliveries will be made as soon as possible, but must be properly routed, loaded and invoiced beforehand.

Golden Eagle relies on talented and CDL licensed drivers to make our deliveries from specially loaded tractors. We appreciate your patience with our formal delivery process.

Q: What are Golden Eagle's office hours?

A: The Golden Eagle office is open from 8:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday. All call-in or pick-up orders must be finalized by 2:00PM.

Q: What are our hours for sales?

A: Sales can be placed until 4:00PM, Monday through Friday. All sales must be downloaded by 4:00PM to make delivery the next day. Please kindly work with your account manager or sales management to ensure this deadline can be met.

Q: Do I need an appointment for receiving at Golden Eagle?

A: No. All you need to do is arrive at 1900 East 15th Street in Little Rock, Arkansas (72202) and que up in our receiving area. We will unload on a first come, first serve basis. Golden Eagle is open for receiving from 6:00AM until 2:00PM, Monday through Saturday.
